Compassionate, Experienced Dog Training and Rehabilitation

Max Birnbaum has been training dogs professionally in the Los Angeles area for 10 years. He found his passion for working with canines starting as an animal care attendant at K9s Only, an all-inclusive training and boarding facility, learning the essentials of dog handling, health, socialization and overall care. He was soon offered an opportunity to participate in a training internship program at K9s Only, which he successfully completed and became a part of their training team. Eventually, Max became head trainer at K9s Only's Tarzana facility. He trained dogs utilizing boarding and training programs, offered private lessons, conducted group classes and evaluated dogs for advanced training and re-homing situations. Max has experience with clients  from diverse backgrounds, having worked with both rescue organizations who need help finding homes for their animals as well as training dogs for celebrities such as Chris Pratt, Kaley Cuoco, Alisson Janney, Kevin Bacon, Jason Derulo, Army Hammer, to name a few. Max left K9s in late 2018 to start Angeles Training.
